Cancellation Policy for Horse Riding Lessons:
Lesson Cancellation by the Participant:
a. If you need to cancel a scheduled horse riding lesson, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice before the lesson start time.
b. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the lesson at no additional cost.
c. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson start time will not be eligible for a refund. However, we may offer the option to reschedule the lesson based on instructor availability.

Lesson Cancellation by the Riding School:
a. In the event that the riding school needs to cancel a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, instructor illness, or horse unavailability, we will notify you as soon as possible.
b. If we cancel a lesson, you will be offered the option to reschedule the lesson at a mutually agreed-upon date and time, or you can receive a full refund for the canceled lesson.
No-shows:
a. If you fail to attend a scheduled horse riding lesson without providing any prior notice, it will be considered a "no-show."
b. No-shows are not eligible for a refund or the option to reschedule the missed lesson.
Late Arrival:
a. We encourage participants to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled lesson start time to ensure sufficient time for preparations.
b. If you arrive late, the lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time.
c. Late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund or the option to extend the lesson.
Rescheduling:
a. If you need to reschedule a lesson, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss available options.
b. Rescheduling requests are subject to instructor availability and must be made at least 24 hours before the original lesson start time.
c. In case of rescheduling, any price differences due to changes in lesson duration or other factors may apply.
Please note that the riding school reserves the right to modify or update the cancellation policy at any time.
